Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Exclusion / Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or ceases to apply, to contracts for the supply of digital content (such as PDF documents) which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if we have begun execution of the contract after you have

expressly consented that we may begin execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once execution of the contract has begun.
